The webinar will be an opportunity to summarize findings from an in-depth qualitative case study of seven diverse Christian congregations offering HIV programs and ministries. These findings will be analyzed in relation to key recommendations identified in research into effective anti-stigma initiatives to ascertain the extent to which such ministries reflect best-practices in the broader anti-stigma responses and to what degree they offer distinctive contributions to such responses. We will also hear about the experience, challenges and success of faith affirming communities who successfully engage with key population groups to end inequalities and human rights violations.
